The website does not show a fixed price. Once agreed, the standard finish includes production and Diasec® mounting. A frame, fitting a frame and wall mounting are excluded unless agreed in writing. For islands, remote areas or transport requiring specialist equipment, you will receive a separate quotation in advance.

The following are agreed in advance for every artwork:
The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery once the agreed production and Diasec® mounting are complete.
Fitting a frame, wall installation, mounting and removal of packaging are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing beforehand.
Each artwork is produced after an agreement is formed. The fine art print is finished using the Diasec® method by the printmaker. Framing follows only where agreed in writing. Planning is confirmed after the enquiry; the website publishes no fixed production or delivery time.
You will receive updates during the process. Once the artwork is fully ready for transport, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
International delivery is possible by individual arrangement. For Germany, France, other EU countries and destinations outside Europe, you will receive a transport quotation in advance. Any import duties, customs charges, additional insurance or specialist transport will be itemised where known beforehand.
Statutory distance-selling rules apply to consumers. Only an artwork made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may fall within the statutory exception for made-to-measure goods. Production after an order is placed is not enough by itself. If the exception applies to a specific order, this will be stated expressly for that finish before payment.
Your statutory rights remain in force if the artwork is defective, arrives damaged or does not conform to your order. In those circumstances, I will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the period, return procedure, refund rules and model form are set out in the terms and conditions.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. A later report does not restrict your statutory rights, but prompt notice helps with the carrier's claims process.
